Our Process.
- Contact LKB Bathroom Renovations, either via our free, no obligation online quote or call us on 1300 855 149 to organise a free site inspection.
- After our on site visit we will send you a documented quote and work approval form outlining the scope of work involved.
- Upon acceptance of our quote we will begin the process of realising your renovation, including;
- Isolating the site from the rest of the residence.
- Disconnection of all current fittings.
- Demolition of the site.
- Repositioning drainage and pipework to suit.
- Rewiring and electrical fittings.
- Render, resheet walls.
- 2 coats of water based polyurethane membrane.
- Installation of wall and floor tiles.
- Installation of toilet, drainage, taps, bath, vanity and accessories.
- Rubbish removal.
- Cleaning the site upon completion.
